Raouf is a highly experienced clinical psychologist dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy to individuals of all ages and backgrounds. With a wealth of expertise, Raouf has extensive experience working with children, teens, adults, the elderly, and the LGBTQ+.
Raouf's therapeutic approach is rooted in research-backed modalities, specifically in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Raouf also has extensive experience in VR therapy in the treatment of phobias.
Recognising that every individual is unique, Raouf tailors treatment plans to address the specific concerns and goals of each client. Among the cases that he has the most experienced in includes Autism, anxiety, depression, Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), Social Anxiety, and trauma.

Raouf holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with Honors. He is a registered member of the Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychology (CP5-0015) and Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council [MAHPC(CP)00331]. Raouf exhibits proficiency in both English and Malay languages.

Hanna is a highly experienced clinical psychologist specialising in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments for clients with personality disorders and various neurodevelopmental conditions, including intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and specific learning disorders.
Hanna's expertise extends to providing psychological interventions for individuals facing a wide range of psychological difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and borderline personality disorders. She is passionate about raising mental health awareness and has actively contributed to the field through talks, podcasts, and providing psychological first aid during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Hanna's primary therapeutic approach centers around Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which involves recognising and reframing unhelpful thoughts and behaviours. However, she also integrates various other therapeutic approaches and techniques to cater to the specific needs of her clients. These include Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), relaxation techniques, parent management training, assertiveness training and anger management techniques.
With a keen focus on symptom management, her therapeutic approach revolves around helping individuals regain their highest level of functioning and independence for a better quality of life.
