3. Do you offer online therapy?
Yes, we currently offer only online therapy. Our sessions are conducted through secure video platforms. A stable internet connection and a private space are required.
4. Are your sessions confidential?
Absolutely. We adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines to protect your privacy. Exceptions apply where there is a risk of harm or legal obligations.
5. How long are the therapy sessions?
Typically, therapy sessions last 60 minutes. The duration may vary based on the type of service or session.
6. What are your fees?

7. How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions depends on your needs and goals. This can be discussed during the initial consultation.
8. What should I expect in the first session?
Your first session focuses on understanding your concerns, goals, and history. It’s an opportunity to set the foundation for your therapy journey.
9. What kind of therapy modalities do you use?
Our clinical psychologists are trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and incorporate techniques from other modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
10. What kind of cases do you accept?
We accept clients with various needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, bipolar disorder, neurodivergence (e.g., autism, ADHD), and sleep disorders.
11. How can I prepare for my first session?
Prepare by:
Writing down your main concerns or goals
Thinking of questions to ask your therapist
Arriving early or logging in on time for online sessions
It’s normal to feel nervous. You can address any concerns you have with your therapist during the first session to ease your nerves.
12. What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the forfeiture of fees. You can contact us via WhatsApp to inform about cancelling the session. For cancellations, please be aware that a processing fee may apply, and a full refund may not be provided.
13. Do you offer therapy for LGBTQ+ individuals?

14. Can I choose the gender of my therapist?
